The apartment was quiet with a beautiful view adjacent to the nearest stores and restaurants in Lapad as well as Lapad. Staff was very very helpful and pleasant, and I really enjoyed the owner. It was magnificent and absolutely perfect in taxis to Dubrovnik...

This place offered reasonable prices. Travelled with my children and everything was lovely. I liked the host and amicable staff. The provided service was exceptional too. The room was well-appointed and brand-new and complete with a heater and balcony. I ate in an outdoor restaurant.

Convenient location near beach and bus service. Free street parking and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Lower unit had pool nearby. Sufficient kitchen with microwave. Two heating/air cond units and satellite TV. Gracious and friendly host.

The apartments were superb and i will definatly return should i visit Dubrovnik again. The owner was extremly helpful in fact i would go as far as saying he was on call above and beyond the expectations of what you would expect. The apartment and complex were immaculate and very comfortable and the views spectacular. Great place for couples as well as families.

The value for money at Villa Katarina was excellent and the room was amazing, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and a beautiful promenade. The staff, especially Chici, were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast offerings could be enhanced with a wider selection of options.

The apartament is not luxurios but good for 3 nights stay, not longer.
in front the hotel there is a construction side, this is terrible noise from 7-20, there is not parking posibilities or ist just very dificult.

Tremendous seaview from the large balcony of the appartment. Kitchen is provided. Spacious. Good facilities. Inexpensive.
The apartment is uphill and we needed to walk up for at least 10mins from beach. The house is generally clean but there were shoeprints on bathroom floor. It's accomodation for 4 persons but there was actually only one bedroom and two of us needed to sleep on sofa. One side of that sofa bed is uncomfortable. Swimming pool became a gardening container.

We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik near to the old town a 15 minute bus ride away with very frequent buses. It was in a particularly good and amazing place.
